Is the initial workshop mandatory?
Yes, it’s the first step of every custom rollout of an AI-powered project system. It helps us learn your environment, prepare concrete examples, and design the solution with focus.
Do we also need the team skills assessment?
No. The assessment is optional. We recommend it especially where you want to tailor the new system to the skills and needs of your whole team.
What’s the difference between the two-hour and three-hour workshop?
The basic workshop takes two hours. If you also order the skills assessment, we extend the workshop to three hours and use the results to plan the next steps.
What do we need to prepare before the workshop?
Just introduce us to your projects, tools, and main challenges. By agreement, you can also send selected documents or anonymized examples, which we’ll use to prepare concrete AI demos.
Will we have to change our current apps?
Not necessarily. An AI-powered project system isn’t just more software. It’s a way of working that can use your current tools. We’ll check the integration options against your environment.
How long does the implementation take?
Typically 12 weeks. The exact schedule depends on the scope of the solution and your team’s readiness.
How much does full implementation of the AI-powered project system cost?
