If you’d like to familiarize yourself with the system first, you can start with a workshop. After four hours, you’ll leave with your own draft of the system concept and work plan.
Working on your own project, you'll sketch out the first version of ProjectOS, put together a usable foundation for an AI assistant or agent, and leave with a plan for your next steps.
You can take the workshop on its own. It is not a prerequisite for a later custom implementation.
You don't have to build ProjectOS yourself
We'll design and implement SHINE ProjectOS for you, tailored to the projects you manage and the tools you already use.
We start with an initial analysis. We then define the scope of implementation and launch the system together on one of your projects. SHINE leads both the methodology and the implementation work. Your team gets involved mainly where context is needed, decisions have to be made, and the new way of working needs to be validated in practice.

What's the difference between the workshop and custom implementation?
The workshop introduces you to the principles of SHINE ProjectOS in 4 hours and helps you create a first draft. With custom implementation, SHINE designs, sets up, and rolls the system out into your team's work on a specific project.
How much work will implementing SHINE ProjectOS require from our team?
SHINE leads the analysis, system design, implementation, and stabilization. From your team, we need knowledge of your environment, access to relevant information, decisions at key points, and practical validation. You don't have to build the methodology or work out the whole process yourself.
Is SHINE ProjectOS software?
No. It's a way of working that connects agreements, the project map, AI, and operational planning.
Do I have to use Freelo during or after the workshop?
No. We use Freelo only as a specific example for the hands-on exercise in the workshop. You can apply the same principle to any other tool for operational project coordination, as long as it allows integration with AI.
Do I need to know how to code for the workshop?
No. You can work with a standard AI assistant and well-written instructions. More advanced participants can also try out the process for an agent connected to another tool.
Will I leave the workshop with a finished project system?
No. You'll leave with a first draft, a practical output, and a plan for next steps. Full company-wide implementation requires further work with your data, rules, and tools.
