SHINE Consulting delivered a training and development course for OT Energy Services focused on developing both technical and behavioural competencies in project management. As part of this project, SHINE conducted a situational analysis of the state of project management within our company, which - together with an internal training needs survey - helped create a four-module training course that directly reflected our learning needs for a total of 68 employees.

"Our company decided to move to the next level in project management after concluding that, while we had a well-functioning and very well-documented product development process and were delivering reasonable results in our projects, we were still not managing projects to our full satisfaction. We invited SHINE Consulting to help us improve, and together we embarked on the 'NPD Capability Enhancement' programme.
